Who’s Going to NOLA StoryCon? (This lady.)

I’m feeling a bit like the Queen of Travel lately. I’ve been buzzing around for my day job, for cons, and (best of all) vacation. My husband and I just returned from Italy, which is every bit as awesome as you can imagine. Breathtaking artwork (Botticelli!), delicious food and drink (gluten-free pasta for daysss), stunning views and a much-needed recharge time.

I’m back in the States now, and this coming weekend I’ll be heading to one of my favorite cities, New Orleans, for the first annual NOLA StoryCon event. If you love urban fantasy, this event is your jam. It’s organized by Jeaniene Frost, Melissa Marr, Ilona Andrews, Kelly Armstrong and Jennifer L. Armentrout. All super awesome folk who write books you love. …and they invited a whole lot of talented friends to join in for the fun, too. See the list here.

It’s three days of parties and panels with authors you love. I’ll be speaking at 10 a.m. on the So You Think You Can Blog? panel alongside some of my favorite bloggers: Sarah from Smart Bitches, Trashy Books, Jen from Red Hot Books, and Jackie from Literary Escapism.
