I’m grateful for Gina,my friend, my caretaker, my Fruit Cart Fairy! Being disabled sucks. Being incurable sucks worse. She’s my lifeline, gets me and my wheelchair to Dr. appts. even if exhausted from her FT job and PT job. I can’t comfortably hold books anymore but it’s her way to relax, and I have a Kindle. I am thankful for free public libraries. I wouldn’t be able to read ALL the books with my kids without the library!
I am thankful for my kids having dreams and goals after they graduate high school within the next 2 years.
I wasn’t expecting to host thanksgiving at my house this year (my mom usually does thanksgiving), so I’m thankful I was able to take the day before off on short notice to prepare 🙂
But also I’m thankful for my book buddies, thanks to our shared love of books I’ve met some pretty awesome ladies that I’ve grown to love like sisters <3
